Starting the week with a very satisfying note: 10 kgs / 22lbs down and I am able to maintain that. Such a good feeling.

More than ever am I determined to keep going on my health journey. For me. For my kids. For my family. I started with small steps… increasing my water intake… reducing my sugar intake … then with My Fat Busting chocolate every morning… gradually changing habits … 10 kgs / 22lbs since 8 January 2024.

Overall, though ,18 kgs / 39.7lbs since 2021. I have nearly lost all my menopause weight gain. Never thought it would be possible. Very grateful to have learnt how to eat and when to eat . Looking forward to helping women with similar issues to finally sort their weight gain so that they can feel more confident and look forward to living life again.

Broken my personal best (PB), from 25 years ago

What a journey! I was sitting at 80.6 kgs whilst on my trip to see family in December 2023. It wasn't until I saw a photo, taken with my children, that the penny dropped - sometimes we need to see ourselves in that light! Then the 5 Day Slimdown Kickstart came along, and I was there. 6 weeks later and 5.5kgs / 12.1lbs lighter - and results from Day One. Never had I experienced such a life-changing moment. Broken my personal best (PB), from 25 years ago, I'd say.
Was 80.6kg when Slimdown launched 8/1/24, I am now 72kg, a total drop of 8.6 kg/19lbs.

Being a Farmer, exercise was not a problem ... but my eating habits were.
